I used the sentiment "Hello" and the card front from CTMH's Artfully Sent Cricut Collection - it comes with the Cricut Cartridge, THREE Stamp Sets and a package of 12x12 White Daisy Cardstock!!!

The inside says "Scootin' by to say HELLO"...lol. The paper is from the Brushed Paper Packet and some other scraps I threw in...

I used Thin 3D-Foam Tape to pop-dot the scooter...

The body of the Scooter is cut from a piece of Pixie cardstock from the Whimsy Paper Fundamentals - you can see the embossed hearts...
