Merry & Bright City Sidewalks...

I know it's only November but CTMH's new Christmas-themed paper line, City Sidewalks, has me swooning over all things Wintry!

I sat down with City Sidewalks paper & Complements and the NEW City Sidewalks Digital Cricut Collection and created this card!

-------------------------------------------
I cut the car plus separated the images and cut 2 more of just the car base then used my Thin 3D-Foam Tape to create a lot of dimension. The "sun" is actually a silver star from the Complements and I used my Marigold ShinHan Marker to color it a gold color. ****the Willow sun rays*** actually happened by mistake...when I stamped the tree border from Woodland Wishes, my block accidentally got inked up and stamped off on my White Daisy circle...to avoid re-cutting the circle and re-stamping, I improvised...lol

Here's a look at the layers and dimension...

------------------------------------------------
To Create the lattice piece I cut 2 of the diagonal image and turned one of them backwards and adhered down....

CTMH Paper Blog Hop - City Sidewalks...

Welcome to this month's paper focus Blog Hop featuring CITY SIDEWALKS

If you've come from Melissa's Blog, you're in the right spot...just keep on hopping 'till you see all the blogs...there's only a few of us so it shouldn't take long!

I wanted to make a card using the City Sidewalks Digital Cricut Collection and I love how this simple card turned out...
-------------------------------------------------------------
I added some layers to the wreath by cutting out the solid wreath 2 times and using some Thin 3-D Foam Tape to adhere the layers. The "J" and the "Y" are cut using the Artistry Cricut Collection...I added a Red Enamel Gem to the center of the bow for some dimension and extra bling...

Pumpkin Carving 2012...

It's time for another FABULOUS sketch from the girls over at Let's Scrap Sketches!!!

So....the thing I LOVE about sketches is that you can make them your own by:
  • flipping them
  • rearranging elements
  • leaving off some elements
  • making a 2-page layout a 1-page layout
I did several of the above on this one...a layout documenting Halloween 2012...

Thanks for stopping by!
