Layout Workshops...

My girls met last month and completed the following layouts using some of the NEW paper lines from CTMH!!!

Now...I want to offer it to cyber-land!!!

These workshops have 3 options...1) purchase JUST the cutting diagram...2) purchase the Kit and get the cutting diagram FREE (you will need to add cardstock for bases and some of the photo mats - adding that to the workshop costs would make it astronomical)...or 3) I can do everything for you...assembled and everything! Make your choice below...tax and shipping to you is included in the prices. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of the "Everything is done for you" Kit.

And...any of the options below give you 24/7 access to ME...that means if you have a question about a cut or need tips and hints, let me know...I'm here to help!

Shadow Box Fireplace...

It's my turn to post over at the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Blog and I created this 3D card using the PPPR Shadow Box Card 2 and the Fireplace cutting file. I tweaked the file a little using Cricut Design Space so that the battery-operated tealight would show through the back.

------------------------------------------
There are a bunch of little details that make this card so unique...let's start with the layers that create so much dimension...then I added velum behind the flame so the tealight would light it up (here you can see the opaqueness).
----------------------------------------------------------
Here's the top view...I used a 2-1/2" circle punch to punch a hole in the back so the tealight could fit under and shine through...
---------------------------------------------------
Here's a look at the back of the card...this is where I would write a sentiment!
-------------------------------------------------------
And...this card is made to lay flat for mailing! You would still want to add extra postage so they'll hand-cancel and nothing will get torn.

Thanks for stopping by!

Don't forget to head on over to the PPPR Blog and see what files I used so you can create your own shadow box card!

Happy Holidays Blog Hop with PPPR...

Welcome to this month's Blog Hop featuring the wonderful Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons products. This month's theme is HAPPY HOLIDAYS...any Holiday...any celebration!

If you came here from Gloria's blog, you are in the right place.  If you just stumbled upon this post and would like to start from the beginning, please visit the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons blog.

We don't get to entertain much but it's something I would SOOOO LOVE to do!!! I dream of cute little place settings, napkin rings, activities for the kids...and THESE cute little wine glass labels made from the Holly Wreath Cutting File...

-----------------------------------------------
I pop-dotted the name plate with Thin 3D-Foam Tape for just a little bit of dimension. You could also add some Red Enamel Gems instead of the cut-holly berries for some bling and more dimension but I wanted to keep it simple...maybe some glitter would be a nice touch too!
--------------------------------------------------------
The wreath is a full circle so I just cut the back to slip it around the stem of the wine glass...and, that way the recipient can take it home and save it if they'd like (come on now...I know I'm not the only one that saves everything!!!)

The blog candy for this hop is a $15 GC to the PPPR store. Please explain how hoppers can win the blog candy, something like: "For a chance to win, you must be a follower of each blog and leave a comment on each blog. Ugly Sweater Rudolph...

Good morning, ladies and gents! It's my turn to post over on the PPPR Blog and I have a quick card share using the Ugly Sweater and Layered Labels Cutting Files from PPPR.

One of the things I just LOVE about Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon cut files is that your get the files "together" or "separate" which means that if you only want certain images from the cut files and you uploaded the "separate" file, you don't have to spend a whole lot of time ungrouping (term used if you're a Cricut user).

Here's a look at my card...

-------------------------------------------
I inserted a rectangle shape into my canvas then "sliced" one of the Layered Labels from it leave this unique card front. Here's a view that shows the dimension...I pop-dotted the frame with Thin 3D-Foam Tape and added a Red Enamel Dot for the nose...even Rudolph needs some bling!

Thanks for stopping by...I hope you're having a FABULOUS weekend!

Here's a look at the files I used in case you want to go grab them to make your own Ugly Sweater projects!

CTMH Paper Blog Hop - White Pines

Welcome to the Heartfelt Sentiments Blog Hop featuring CTMH's White Pines...

If you've come from Tonya's Blog, you're on the right track...keep on hopping 'till you get back around to where you started. If you're starting here, welcome!

White Pines is the NEW Christmas-themed line that is made up of soft colors and traditional winter scenes complete with forest animals, snowflakes and Christmas trees!

Here are a couple of cards I made...they're both pretty simple and don't have that much dimension to them so these would be perfect to mail out for Christmas!

---------------------------------------------
I used the White Pines WOTG stamp set as well as the White Pines Compliments. I used Leaf Green and Carmine ShinHan Markers to add some color to the sentiment.
------------------------------------
Some more images from the WOTG as well as some Fern Thick Twine and a Clay ShinHan Marker to draw the trunk of the tree...oh, and the tiny star atop the tree is a white star from the White Pines Compliments...I colored it with a Golden Yellow ShinHan Marker

Thanks for stopping by...your next stop is Aggie!

Don't forget to hop all the way around to see everyone's take on this lovely paper packet!

------------------------------------------
Here's a look at the layout without photos and journalling...

We hope you'll play along with us this week for a chance to win some goodies from our Sponsor, Clique Kits!

Please go visit the Let's Scrap Blog to see what the other girls did with this week's sketch...

TOGETHER is a Wonderful Place to be...

I can't believe it's November already...where has the year gone!?!?!

A new month means a NEW sketch from Feeling Sketchy!

Here's my take on the sketch using Sangria WOTG from CTMH...
-------------------------------------------------
I stamped the leaves first in Fern then the overlay in New England Ivy...the sentiment was masked so I could use Cocoa Ink and Pomegranate Ink to create a little depth...and of course, I had to add some gold sequins to the mix!
-------------------------------------------
You'll have 2 weeks to play along with this week's sketch for a chance to win a prize from our wonderful Sponsor, PolkaDoodles...

--------------------------------------------
Here's what I used:
