It's my turn to share some cuteness to the PPPR Blog and I chose to make a card that will go to my son who is thousands of miles away....maybe stick some cash in the form of plastic in there to surprise him...lol

A MER-Mazing Day with PPPR...

I'm SOOOOOO excited to be sharing this layout with you today! Not only because I think it's adorable but because it's a break in my LONG dry-spell of PPPR posts! The PPPR DT is back in business and I'm so happy!

Today's layout comes from MAJOR inspiration from a title I saw on  a BLOG that one of my FAVORITE creative people made. My daughter was a little mermaid this Summer...and what better way to document that than this layout!

---------------------------
Here's a look at some the layering the PPPR Files have...one of my FAVORITE attributes about Lisa's files...

Thanks for stopping by! Don't forget to head on over to the PPPR Blog and check out the files I used as well as link to where you can get it!

Spooky CUTE...

Well, one more week and CUTE little monsters, princesses and super heroes will be knocking on doors begging for candy!

One of my childhood go-to costumes was a mummy...mainly because it could be made from sheets that probably needed to be thrown away anyway and it was fast and easy! Am I right!?!?!

It's my week to post over at the PPPR Blog and this card reminds me of such costumes...

------------------------------
I used the Movie Monster 3 Cutting Files and the All Hallow's Eve Pattern Pack Digital Paper...I also broke out my label maker for a simple sentiment...LOOK AT those layers on this CUTE mummy!!!

Thanks for stopping by...I hope you are enjoying the crisp air and maybe painting or carving some pumpkins, if you celebrate Halloween!

Hop on over to the PPPR Blog to check out the files I used and go grab them from the PPPR Store and make your own SPOOKY CUTE project!

GATOR #football - UPDATED...

Well, we had our game yesterday and I came away with some pretty good pictures of my baby and his first tackle football game!

After much debate, I've decided to use 4 photos instead of one (like shown yesterday)...I'm still not sold on the 4 vs 1 photo soooooo I just might add a 4x4 flip flap so the layout LOOKS like it has one photo but you flip the flap to reveal the 4 smaller photos...

GATORS #football...

On SATURDAY, we wear orange & blue...and we make CUTE layouts using PPPR files to document this special occasion!

Today is the very first TACKLE football game...it's the little things, folks!

Here's my layout using this week's Citrus Twist Kits Sketch...the photo on the layout is actually last year's. I used temporary adhesive to attach to the layout but as soon as we get home this evening from the game, I'm going to print one from today and slap it on there for good!

THANKS for stopping by!!! Head on over to the PPPR Blog to see the files I used and grab them if you feel inspired!

SLAM DUNK with PPPR...

I have a one-page layout based on this week's sketch from Creative Scrappers to share featuring some PPPR Files and my middle son with his "crew"...

It's pretty simple for me but I wanted the images as well as the picture to really stand out...LOVE that I was able to take his IG post and use it as "journalling"...a 16-yr old can be full of so few words but to capture his thoughts on this picture he posted of him and his boys will be a memory he will cherish forever.

-------------------------------------
Here's a look at the sketch...

Here's a look at the PPPR Files I used...

Lettuce Ketch-Up with PPPR...

Happy SUNDAY, everyone!

It's time for my weekly share over on the PPPR Blog...this time, I chose to make something WITHOUT my Cricut! That's right...I used PPPR Files to create an invitation! Each "cut file" also comes with the jpg and png formats so it's easy to use the images to create anything you normally would with the svg...much easier for mass-producing though!

Here's a look at my invite...I can fit 2 of these on an 8-1/2 x 11 sheet of cardstock and print them at home or send them to my local printer and print them.

------------------------------------
Here's a look at the cut file that I used...

Thanks for stopping by...don't forget to go grab this weekend's FREEBIE and play along with our Linky Party for a chance to WIN some PPPR goodies!

-------------------------------------------------
Here's the layout with some pictures of my sideline, Cathy...she's CRAZY FUNNY and such a JOY to be around!
-----------------------------------------------
Here are some close-ups of all the details...I used various CTMH Paper and Cardstock...

We're MOVING with PPPR...

Howdy, everyone!

It's my turn to do a post over on the PPPR Blog and I decided to do a quick MOVING card to share!

The file I used is an old one but ever since I saw this CUTE little moving truck, I thought it would be so cute as a "we're moving" card! Although we're not really moving, I know a gf that is...maybe she'll feel inspired to create her notices this go 'round!

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a WONDERFUL Sunday!

Mermaid Fabulous...

Hey, guys and gals...it's my turn to post over on the PPPR Blog and I have a SUPER FABULOUS card to share with you on this lovely Sunday!

My daughter is really into Mermaids right now so I decided to take the Mermaid Cutting File and make a shaped card! This card could easily be turned into a Birthday Invitation as well (which just might be done next year!).

--------------------------------
Here's a look at the inside...I stamped a general sentiment but this could be where the PARTY details go if you were using for a MERMAID PARTY INVITE! I used CTMH Cardstock and stamp set (retired) for this card...

Have a GREAT weekend...don't forget to go grab this file if you want to make your own little MERMAID card!

You are one COOL KID...

Happy SUNDAY, everyone!!! I hope you're weekend has been GREAT and for all my USA fans, HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!

It's my turn to share a little PPPR Goodness with you and I chose a Summer Treat that doubles as a cash/gift card holder!

Here's a look at my card...the overall size of the card is 8-1/2 x 3...
-----------------------------------------

And...here's where it gets COOL...lol
------------------------------
The top layers slide off to reveal a pocket big enough to fit some COLD hard cash or a gift card! Trim down the Card Base (brownish color) so the top layer pocket will fit nicely over.
----------------------------------------
And...it wouldn't be complete with a pun-ny saying!
--------------------------------
Cut two of the white layers and make a pocket!

Thanks for stopping by...head over to the PPPR Blog and leave me some love there if you'd like!

Don't forget to grap the Popsicle Fever file to make your own SUMMERY treat!

Luke's Diner & PPPR...

HAPPY SUNDAY, Everyone!!! What a glorious weekend it's been...how about y'all!?!?!? We've been getting pretty wet here in TEXAS but we're taking it in stride!

Today, I'm over on the PPPR Blog and I come to you with a page from my Crush Book featuring nothing but Gilmore Girl STUFF...lol...I know what you may be thinking but GG is an addiction, I tell ya!

So, this particular page is about one of the staples in Stars Hallow, LUKE'S DINER...and I've showcased my favorite food/drink by using some PPPR Files...

-----------------------------------
I decided to do these cut as PTC using my Cricut Explore Air...hindsight, I should've just cut all the layers since that's one of the things I love so much about Lisa's files (see my other hamburger cut ***HERE***...so realistic and FABULOUSLY YUMMY-looking, huh!)...

Here are the files I used...

I have a very simple card using some leftovers from other projects I've made...sometimes, when things get busy and I still feel the urge to create, I just pull some of my scraps and make something LOVELY...it's a win/win situation!

Here's a look...

Here's a look at the past projects these leftovers came from...
