Wanderful Layouts...

As promised here are the other 2 double-page layouts that I taught my girls a couple of weeks ago.

I absolutely LOVE this paper from CTMH...the colors are so calming and the patterns (especially that Crystal Blue Polka Dot) is to die for!

---------------------------------------------------
Here are some close-ups...you probably noticed that these are the same sketches as I used for the Brushed Layouts I showed you yesterday. I had some girls that wanted the Brushed Paper Packet and some that wanted this Wanderful one which is geared more towards travel/vacation! The layout below was featured on Scrapbook Generation's Blog a couple of months ago :0)
-------------------------------------------------
This two-page layout uses the Wanderful PML cards for some of the photo wells but you could also leave them off if you'd like and just use lots of pictures!

Remember...if you're local and want to come scrap with us next month, let me know and I'll put you on the e-mail list that will go out in a week or so. We have TONS of fun AND you get two 2-page layouts done!

Wanderful layout with H2H...

It's ANYTHING GOES over at the H2H CHALLENGE BLOG...

I wanted to share this layout I actually made months ago for the Scrapbook Generation Blog. It's using the Wanderful Collection and pictures from a recent trip to the coast with my QT.

----------------------------------------------------------
Now for some close-ups and some looks at the layout without photos (sometimes I prefer them without photos...maybe that's why I have so many incomplete layouts...lol)

Thanks for stopping by...make sure you head over to the H2H Challenge Blog and see what the other DT Members did! And don't forget to play along with our ANYTHING GOES Challenge!

Blowing Kisses with Frosted Designs...

I'm soooo excited!!!

This is my FIRST post as a FROSTED DESIGNS Design Team Member! I'm a member of the Friday Challenges DT and this week's challenge is...
I chose to use an arrow overlay as my background...because we all know arrows tell you what DIRECTION to go!

I embellished with some of Frosted Designs wonderful products!

---------------------------------------------
Here's a closeup of my watercolor piece and the wood veneers I used from the FD Store...those little hearts are to die for! My daughter was almost 1 and was learning to blow kisses! My husband worked out of town at the time so we were headed to see him for the weekend. I hand wrote "kisses" with an acid-free marker then fussy cut around the letters. I typed up the journalling and printed using this little handy tip.

------------------------------------------------------
I hope you can see the dimension...something I {{{love}}} to add to all my projects BUT I don't like to put too much so my pages still fit nicely in my Albums
-------------------------------------------------------
I used a date stamp from Heidi  Swapp...LOVE that thing but it's gonna take some practice..I'm so used to clear stamps and acrylic blocks...lol

Thank you so much for stopping by and seeing my little corner of the world!

I hope you'll take the time to visit the Frosted Designs Store and see all the goodies they have! And...don't forget to head over to the FD Blog and check out the other DT Members and what they've created for their What Direction Friday Challenge...I promise you will be AMAZED!!!

Products Used:
Frosted Designs: Elle's Studio - Love You More Wood Veneers & Heidi Swapp - Hello Today Puffy Glitter Alpha Stickers

Simply Inspired - Artfully Sent Blog Hop...

Welcome to the Simply Inspired Blog Hop featuring CTMH's newest Cricut Cartridge - Artfully Sent!

If you've come from Krista's Blog, you're on the right track...keep on hopping 'till you get back to where you started. If you're starting here, GLAD to have you!!!

I decided to make a treat holder for Halloween!  The Artfully Sent Cricut Collection has pocket cards - I just resized mine and did some slicing so I could layer the black spider web on top of the Wanderful Pocket card.  There is some Sunset B&T from Scaredy Cat in the background...

----------------------------------------
Here's a view of the pocket without the candy...the Purple Glitter Spider is just lovely if you ask me!

Now hop on over to Melissa's Blog and see what she has to share...I know it'll be FANCY!!!

Selfies Challenge with H2H...

This month over at the H2H Scrapbooking Challenges, we want to see ALL OF THOSE Selfies you take!!!

I don't have many "just me" selfies...but I found this one from 2013.

==============================
Here is a closeup...I used a couple of Wanderful PML Cards...the big 4x6 one in the center and then the tag and Slate arrow border are from a 2x3 PML card...I just cut it apart and stamped SHINE ON from Glitter Glam stamp set.  The "Everyday Life" at the bottom on top of the Gypsy stamped arrows is from For Always PML Kit. There's also some Wanderful Assortment in there too.  OH...and the "hipster" is from the Base & Bling Free Thinker Style Sheet...
============================
Here's a close-up of the top left corner as well as the base for my page...a Crystal Blue Polka Dot B&T from Wanderful Paper Packet with a piece of feather vellum from a retired promotional paper packet.  I added another Gypsy arrow, some Smoothie Striped Washi and a little snippet of the PML card arrows I used down at the bottom.  The Flaxen arrows are from Have a Happy Day stamp set...
Thanks for stopping by!!!

I hope you'll play along with our Selfies Scrapbook Challenge this month and show us your SELFIES!!! You have 'till the end of the month to link up your project!

Now...head on over to H2H and see what the rest of the DT Members made with their selfies!
