Hello SCT friends! Today, I get to share a fun new collection from Close To My Heart. Who is happening to be celebrating their 35th year as a company! How awesome is that?! It’s absolutely incredible to see companies in the craft industry hit major milestones like that.
This collection from CTMH is called Every Little Thing. It has pattern paper, coordinating cardstock, stickers, vellum stickers, compliments, stamps sets and more!
This collection, I think might have been made for scrapbookers? However, I have found it absolutely perfect for cardmakers as well! This is a 4.25 x 4.75 in card base, then layered with a 3.75 x 4.25 patterned paper adhered with foam adhesive. This is a simple card, but using foam adhesive takes it to the next level. There is just something about foam tape, that makes a project look great! Next, the large black and white floral sticker was adhered using foam adhesive, as well as the sentiment and heart stickers. To finalize embellishments, a double bow from black and white twine was adhered.
This collection is all about love, home and togetherness. I would be lying if it didn’t make me a little teary. My youngest just left for University last week, and he was in the back of my mind as I made these. However these would be great to send to anyone you loved, or for a new bride, or to anyone who makes you smile and happy!
This is a 4.25 x 5.5 card base, layered with pattern paper. The first layer is 4 x 5.25 inches adhered with foam adhesive (diagonal paper) then the floral layer measures 3.5 x 4.75 inches also adhered with foam adhesive. All of the stickers were adhered and layered onto the card using foam adhesive. Then finished with natural twine double bow.
