H2H Challenge - SE 1 Cover...

HAPPY MONDAY, everyone!!! 

I'm coming to you today to share what I've made for this week's H2H Challenge featuring the cover of the Season Expressions book that is currently available.

I looked at the cover and immediately thought of a scrapbook layout...and pulled these photos from a basketball game. I LOVE the saying on her shirt and her facial expressions are ADORABLE! I think I'm going to use my THIN CUT ALPHABET to add a big title on the top since they're on sale this month and I grabbed it at 25% off...

One thing I LOVE about CTMH's Paper Packets and Workshops Your Way is that you get 2 sheets of PML card (Pocket Scrapbooking) where one side is the landscape version and the other is a portrait...I used one of the cards to hide my jounalling (need to pull the exact date of these photos so I'll add that later this week)....

Hindsight, I should've recorded how fast this layout came together...with the GORGEOUS Chelsea Gardens paper and Complements, there is NO STAMPING, NO CRICUT CUTS...super easy and FAST! Oh...and easy and fast doesn't have to mean it's not cute...because this layout is becoming one of my FAVORITES! The circle sentiment and the flower bunch behind it comes with the Complements...

Here's a look at the cover of the Seasonal Expressions we are encouraging you to drawn inspiration from...as you can see I took the entire cover as a "layout sketch" and used the GORGEOUS Charcoal Polka Dot B&T to represent the peg-board...what elements do you find inspiring???

Shape Your Photos with Thin Cuts!

Pretty in Pink - Blog Hops with Heart...

Me and some of my crafty friends have decided to highlight CTMH's Pretty in Pink Special that is still going strong!

If you've come from Wendy's Blog, you're probably still in AWE but WAKE UP...you've still got some hopping to do!

I decided to use some of my leftover butterflies from the Butterfly Mobile Bundle and a sentiment from What Matters Most Stamp Set....both are part of the Special that's running 'till the end of the month!

I only glued down the center of the butterflies so the wings would have dimension...and that GOLD PAPER is a dream to cut with!!!

Stargazer with H2H...

HAPPY MONDAY, everyone!!! I hope your weekend was FABULOUS and your "team" won this weekend...lol

This week's H2H Challenge is a sketch and I LOVE SKETCHES!!! Sketches are a good starting point that spark my creativity and make things a LOT EASIER!
