This month, the Creative Design Team is doing an Embellishing Made Easy video series!

The week is almost over but I wanted to share my video because I fell IN LOVE with the Hillside Cottage, the stamp sets I used AND the Adhesive Sheets that make diecutting intricate shapes and titles so much easier! I will show you how to I embellish my project using various images with different dimension, color and texture to create interest.

Love Your Stash - May | Mother Shaker Layout...

Earlier this month, I used up some more of my stash...if you recall the Creative Design Team did a series in February about LOVING YOUR STASH. We LOVED it so much, we decided to make it a monthly thing for those that want to participate. Well, I have PLENTY of stash so I'm pretty sure I'll be participating every month 😂

This month's layout was all about my mamma using a super old stamp set for my focal journaling and a shaker layout we created during January's Virtual Album Retreat. I hope you enjoy watching as much as I enjoyed making it.

To avoid coloring too much, I just added subtle coordinating colors of Shimmer Brushes to the flowers along the top and bottom of the photo. The circle focal piece has Mint Shimmer Brush added. Don't you just LOVE those Butterfly Thin Cuts from the YOU ARE ENOUGH special with this stamp set...
