Rodeo Time with PPPR...

I hope everyone's weekend is going GREAT!!! It's my turn to post over at the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Blog and I have a CUTE layout to share!

My husband and I went to our local Rodeo last weekend...first time we've been in about 15 years!!! I took a couple of shots that I wanted to scrap and remembered the CUTE little Farm Critters over on the Pretty Paper Graphics website!

I have a few friends who ask me all the time "How do you do 1-page layouts...I'm a 2-page layout girl!"...well, instances like THIS is why! It wasn't a BIG ordeal for me and my husband so I didn't take a whole lot of pictures but I wanted to commemorate the occasion with a layout...hence the 1-page, short & sweet layout!

Easter 2013 with Let's Scrap...

It's time for another GREAT sketch challenge from Let's Scrap!!!

I wanted to use CTMH's new Penelope collection for this layout and I wanted to scrap a couple of photos from 2013...our very first Easter with Little Miss L.

Here are some closeups of the stitching I added...I'm HOOKED on stitching as of late...lol. I used the stamp set Friend in Me to add the "friends forever" sentiment then used my CTMH markers (retired) to draw a border around the photo mat...

I used my CTMH Artistry Cricut Collection for the "My Favorite Photos"...did some contouring to make the pennants go the left instead of the right...LOVE that about my Cricut Explore Air!

Gettin' Crafty with PPPR...

We are Gettin' Crafty using PPPR files this month and I wanted to share the crafty time I had with my son this week...his assignment was to make a Valentine's Box! We got onto my Valentines Pinterest Board and he chose the one he wanted to make....I'm so proud of the job he did! ****EDITED: He WON!!!!**** (NOW I'll have to add a 2nd page to this layout documenting his win :0)

Some of the images, I did PTC (Print then Cut) with my Cricut Explore Air and the others I cut and pieced together...love the varying levels of dimension...plus the 3D-Foam Tape to add even more dimension!

When I first saw this stamp set, I had a layout in mind BUT I decided to do a card instead!

This card uses a bunch of stuff that was on my craft table or within a short distance...Regatta, Glacier & Whisper Ink and some Fundamental Cardstock...don't you just LOVE that glossy pattern (the other side has the same pattern but in white)! I used my Scallop Border Punch to create a little border piece.

Scripture Inspiration with SEM...

This month's Scripture Inspiration comes from 1 Corinthians...a verse we've all heard before and one I hold dear...

I love my handy Everyday Life Planner from CTMH...I've been using it so much that I decided to customize it with lists that I know I will use daily/weekly/monthly, etc. This Prayer Request was suggested by my upline so I made one up...it gets buried sometimes so I decided to create a "dashboard" of sorts so I will always know where my prayers go when I come across one I need to add.
